Instructions

1. Enter your name and password in the appropriate text fields.

2. If you do not have your password yet you can obtain one by filling in our secure sign up form. If you have any other queries please e-mail us.
   (All customers are given a unique password to authenticate their orders)

   Click the checkboxes next to the items you wish to order. 
3. Use the additional notes for this item checkboxes to enter any special notes for that item (e.g. to specify a T-shirt size; to state the quantity of that item you would like to order if greater than 1 etc.)
4. Use the additional notes textbox to enter any special instructions/notes for your order.
5. Click on the submit button to send your order (Note: You must wait until the form is fully loaded before clicking the submit button).

• Items listed as (O/A) are being offered again. Do not duplicate your order if you have ordered these items in previous months.
